IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN MUTU TERPADU DI SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU TARBIYAH AL MULTAZAM LAMPUNG BARAT

Abstract

This study aimed to describe and analyze the implementation of total quality management at STIT Al Multazam. The research used qualitative approaching. Data were collected by interview, documentation and observation. Research informants were the chairman of STIT Al Multazam, Vice Chair I, Vice Chair II, Vice Chair III, Head of LPM, Lecturer, Staff and Student. Data analysis was using interactive methods Miles and Huberman. The results of research obtained that in total quality management has four principles, customer satisfaction aimed that every activity provides good service to consumers, especially to students and parents. Leadership, the chairman of STIT Al Multazam always involves employees every activity and has good communication. Human resource management, employee recruitment based on the ability and educational background. Continous improvements, employees are given the opportunity to attend seminars and training in professional development.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi manajemen mutu terpadu di STIT Al Multazam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Informan penelitian adalah ketua STIT Al Multazam, Wakil Ketua I, Wakil Ketua II, Wakil Ketua III, Kepala LPM, Dosen, Staff dan Mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan metode interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil Penelitian diperoleh bahwa dalam manajemen mutu terpadu terdapat empat prinsip yakni kepuasan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan bertujuan agar setiap kegiatan memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada konsumen khususnya kepada mahasiswa dan orang tua mahasiswa. Kepemimpinan, ketua STIT Al Multazam selalu melibatkan karyawan dalam setiap kegiatan dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik. Manajemen sumber daya manusia, perekrutan karyawan sesuai dengan kemampuan dan latar belakang pendidikan. Perbaikan berkesinambugan, karyawan diberikan kesempatan untuk mengikuti seminar dan pelatihan dalam pengembangan profesional.Kata kunci: Manajemen, mutu, terpadu
