Abstract

Since different stakeholders of an organization show the breakdown of health information that is currently displayed in the digital environment, it is necessary to: structure the specialized information and create custom responses to information requests expressed by a collective.Moreover, these same users express their interest in having a more active role in content selection and management of the information they access. OBJECTIVES * Introduce the concept of social network social user within interest groups and extend it to others.* Establish an action plan to include user training. Focusing on those elements that give the user a pro-active role.* Transform the services offered, which is passed an enabling unidirectional (librarian to User/s) to one in a network (librarian + users) RESULTS It starts from the need to create a customized services to different stakeholders, which, in turn, want to be partakers of these services and not just recipients. Have created different working groups that are being evaluated both informational needs, as resources as ways to get them started. CONCLUSIONS Is found to be strengthen and implement concepts that are on the rise in the digital environment: socializing health information resource specializing in a particular environment. User satisfaction increases when considering more participant in the service
