Safety and healthy at work during breastfeeding

Abstract

La presente parte del Informe tiene por objeto el estudio de la situación de riesgo durante la lactancia en la que podría encontrarse inmersa la trabajadora cuando en supuesto de trabajo aparecen riesgos que podrían perjudicar a la leche materna. En el trabajo se hace un análisis básicamente jurisprudencial del riesgo durante la lactancia, ya que las resoluciones de nuestros jueces han dado lugar a un importante cambio en la consideración de las situaciones que se entienden como riesgo durante este periodo.The present paper, part of the Report, aims at the study of the risk situation during breastfeeding in which the worker may be immersed when there are risks in her workplace that could harm breast-milk. In the study we do an analysis of the cases of the courts about the risk during breastfeeding, since the decisions of our judges have led to a significant change in the consideration of the situations that are understood as risk during this period
