Approximately 12,000 words3 Peter Waudby’s 1996 Summer Project was a simulation of a sheep dog trial programmed in Pop11 using rule-based techniques and the sim-agent toolkit to provide an intelligent architecture for a flock of sheep. It included a user controlled sheep dog which could be used to herd the sheep into a simple pen.
