We have observed a radiative transition from the + to a state +0.01 decaying into KsKfnT, with mass M = 1.44-o 015 GeV/c2 and width r = 0.05+~'~ ~ GeV/c2. We tentatively identify this state as the E(1420). Assuming that this state is an isospin singlet, we have determined the branching fraction product B($+yE) xB(E+er) = (3.6+- 1.4) x 10-3.
