PENGARUH GUGUS SULFONAT PADA SINTESIS ASAM 4-(2-(2,4-DIKLOROFENIL)-4-OKSO-KUINAZOLIN-3(4H)-IL)BENZENASULFONAT DENGAN IRADIASI GELOMBANG MIKRO

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to synthesis 4-(2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-oxoquinazolin-3(4H)-yl)benzenesulfonic acid and to find out what is the effect of sulfonate functional group on how much time it takes to reach the completion of the reaction when compared with synthesis 2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-one. The times it take to reach the perfection of reaction on synthesis 4-(2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-oxoquinazolin-3(4H)-yl)benzenesulfonic acid is 1 minute. The product has a light yellow color. The result of that synthesis were characterized by UV, IR, and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The result of synthesis 4-(2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-oxoquinazolin-3(4H)-yl)benzenesulfonic acid is 2-(2,4-dichlorobenzamido)benzoic acid while the result of synthesis 2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-phenylquinazolin-4(3H)-on is 2,4-dichloro-N-(2-(phenylcarbamoyl)phenyl)benzamide. The result conclude that sulfonate functional group is making the reaction between 2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-4-one and sulfanilic acid is hard to occur
