Verfahren zur Herstellung von porösen Verbundkörpern, insbesondere Sorptionskörpern oder Katalysatoren

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for producing porous composite bodies which have a substrate structure (6) composed of a material with good thermal conductivity and with at least one integrated functional material (7). The method is distinguished by the fact that a porous preform (4) is formed from a precursor stage or intermediate form (2) of the functional material (7) or comprises a precursor stage or intermediate form (2) of the functional material (7), which porous preform has a greater resistance to degradation, with regard to the production process of the porous composite body, than the functional material (7), or that such a precursor stage or intermediate form (2) of the functional material (7) is infiltrated together with the thermally conductive material into the preform (4). The precursor stage or intermediate form is converted into the functional material (7) only after the infiltration of the material with good thermal conductivity. In this way, a degradation of the functional material during the production of the porous composite body can be prevented. The method is particularly advantageously suitable for the production of porous sorption bodies or catalytic converters
