Foreign trade and investment

Abstract

Vanjska trgovina, uz razmjenu materijalnih dobara, obuhvaća i obavljanje različitih usluga prema datom nalogu i za dobit inozemnih klijenata, odnosno gospodarskih subjekata - poslovnih partnera. U širem smislu vanjska trgovina, uz meĎunarodnu robnu razmjenu, obuhvaća i razmjenu gospodarskih usluga (tzv. "nevidljivi izvoz i uvoz"), promet kapitala, promet ljudi (turistički promet) i prijenos vijesti (telekomunikacijski promet). Potreba za sirovinama ili poluproizvodima, ureĎajima, strojevima, aparatima, te gotovim proizvodima investicijske (proizvodne) ili široke (osobne) potrošnje. Svojom djelatnošću vanjska trgovina usklaĎuje potrebe potrošnje zemlje i materijalni sastav društvenog proizvoda. MeĎunarodno trţište definirano je zemljopisno kao trţište izvan meĎunarodnih granica zemlje drţavljanstva tvrtke. Strana ulaganja, u najširem smislu, podrazumijevaju sve vrste ulaganja stranih pravnih i fizičkih osoba u gospodarske djelatnosti neke zemlje.Foreign trade, with the exchange of material goods, also includes performing various services according to the given order and for the gain of foreign clients or business entities - business partners. In the broader sense, foreign trade, along with international commodity exchange, also includes the exchange of economic services (so called "invisible exports and imports"), capital turnover, traffic (tourist traffic) and news transmission (telecommunications traffic). Need for raw or semi-finished products, appliances, machines, appliances, and finished products for investment (production) or broad (personal) consumption. With its activity, foreign trade adjusts the needs of the country's consumption and the material composition of the social product. The international market is defined as a geographic market outside the international borders of the country of citizenship of the company. Foreign investment, in the widest sense, implies all kinds of foreign and legal entities investing in the economic activities of a country
