Abstract

The abstract should provide a summary of the main points of the paper in less than 300 words. This document gives guidelines on the preparation of papers to be submitted to CIICT06. This file may be used as a template and is available from the conference web site as a MS Word document or in Tex+Bib format for preparation of papers using L ATEX. Keywords: Template, China-Ireland, ICT, etc. (Maximum five) 1 Section Heading – Bold Times New Roman Size 14 When preparing your paper please adhere to the guidelines given in this document. The paper should be submitted as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file or a Microsoft Word (DOC) file of no more than 1 MB in size (uncompressed). Where possible it is recommended that PDF format is used, with all fonts embedded in the file. The final document may be compressed before uploading it, using the zip or gzip file compression formats
