Investigation into abuse of 44 detainees by 10 U.S. soldiers assinged to 320th Military Police Battalion. Abuse includes verbal and physical assault of detainees who were restrained and being transported to Camp Bucca; false statements. Investigation established probable cause to believe that nine of the ten soldiers committed the acts charged.
