Abstract

Each structure (private company, public establishment, association) seeks the decisive advantage enabling it to improve its competitiveness and to increase its richnesses Under the core of this requirement, the innovation management is vital because it makes it possible to increase the performances, to widen the markets, to innovate in a determining way, to recruit strategically and to transmit the knowledge. By obtaining means suitable to manage innovation, the structure is able to better include/understand complex and infinite concepts, fruits of the intelligence and creation by transforming human resources by the development of suitable models of comprehension and action. The industrial revolution post to devote the innovation like a paramount means of production to bring it to the same row as the other means of production (Drucker, 1992; Handy, 1989, Peters, 1993). However, innovation is difficult to define because it is abstract and intangible, the stake lies in the means of perceiving it and of restoring it in order to protect what is acquired from the point of view of evolution. 1 THE ELEMENTS OF COGNITIO
