Where can I look up some statistics? The Library has a large collection that includes most of the major official statistics. It is located on Floor 1A in a separate sequence near to the main staircase entrance. Some older material is kept in the reserve stack in the Basement. How do I find information here? The statistics are arranged in 18 subject areas, with shelf marks 310.01–310.18. On the first shelf, at 310.01, is the Guide to Official Statistics (also available online) that is helpful if you are uncertain which publication(s) you need. It does not itself contain any statistics but is a comprehensive UK guide to both printed and electronic sources, many of which are available in the Library.
