Gunnebo AB is one of Europe’s leading companies within the area of security today. Gunnebo AB is now looking to expand its Gunnebo Integrated Security division with an entry in the Swedish security industry, where it has limited presence. The focus will lie on an acquisition of a Swedish electronic security or monitoring company. This thesis describes and analyses the Swedish integrated security industry and market in order to identify, select, and value the most potential acquisition candidate/s according to certain acquisition criteria.
