By Legarreta I. A

Abstract

Abstract—The goal of the project was to study the protein from jellyfish tentacles found in the sea, by 1D gel electrophoresis, and the study of proteolysis endogenous using commercial substrates such as hemoglobin and casein. might be useful in the biotechnology industry, such as enzymes.
