Abstract

Abstract: For a certain class of directed last passage percolation models, the limit laws of the last passage time have been established over the last decade. The limit laws are related to the theory of random matrices, and di erent limit laws appear depending on the geometry of the model. The computation is possible through a determintal point process representation of the problem. In this talk, we survey some of solvable models. The last passage percolation models can be interpreted in terms of TASEP, growth models and queueing models, as well
