Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na metodu FISH a její využití při detekci potravinářských patogenů. V první části se pojednává o základních modifikacích této metody a dále pak o konkrétních postupech využitých při detekci patogenů. Experimentální část poté popisuje zavedení FISH pro detekci Listeria monocytogenes a Salmonella spp..This thesis is focused on the FISH method and its using for the detection of food pathogens. The first part deals with the basic modifications of this method and with the specific procedures used in detection of pathogens.
