Abstract

Práce je věnována imunitním mechanismům tolerance matky a plodu a jejich vztahem k předčasnému porodu. Zabývá se vlivem imunitních mechanismu a jejich poruch, které můžou vést k předčasnému porodu. Předčasný porod nese rizika pro matku i plod. Proto je důležitá včasná diagnostika a účinná léčba.This bachelor work is focused on the immune mechanism of tolerance of mother and fetal and their relation to premature birth. It deals with effects immune mechanism and their disturbances, which can lead to the premature birth. With premature birth there come risks for both mother and fetal.
