Abstract

The Board of Trustees and the Specialty and Service Society (SSS) considered the application of the American Academy of Pharmaceutical Physicians for national medical specialty organization representation in the American Medical Association House of Delegates. The application was first reviewed by the SSS Credentials Committee and presented to the SSS Assembly for consideration. The application was considered using criteria developed by the Council on Long Range Planning and Development and adopted by the House (Policy H-600.020, AMA Policy Database).
