Abstract

With the use of competitive strategy, companies can gain the SCA. In this paper the authors have described two means i.e. differentiation and use of web technology through which the companies can gain competitive advantage and provide rapid solutions to customer problems in the market place. Sustainable competitive advantage refers to the company’s attempt at building up and maintaining advantage over competition for a long period. Globalization of Indian economy has resulted in increased business opportunities both for Indian businessmen in the foreign markets and foreign sellers in Indian markets
