of the exercise were to: (1) evaluate the ability of a lower cost Internet Protocol-based distributed simulation network to support DMT in the air domain; (2) evaluate the interoperability of simulator communications, scenario development tools, and brief/debrief applications; (3) evaluate team training and performance measurement tools; and (4) assess coalition issues associated with pilot and air battle management training. A series of training scenarios of increasing complexity were carried out over three days, linking pilots and air battle managers at both sites, with distributed mission briefs and debriefs held each day. The main findings from the Exercise will be reported together with plans for follow-on Pacific Link exercises. 1
