This two-volume guide points readers to the key texts pertaining to the wide range of academic disciplines and subject areas known as the social sciences. The concentration here is on economics; political economy; politics; sociology; law; management and business; psychology and organizational psychology; organizational behavior; human geography; international relations; and research and analysis methods. Entries were prepared to be useful to students or researchers beginning a literature search, and to teachers and lecturers constructing reading lists. Each signed entry offers a critical analysis of selected works (mostly books, rather than articles; secondary sources exclusively).
