Abstract

\ud ABSTRACT \ud \ud Dian Ayu Angling Sari, 2013. Structure Performance Evaluation of \ud Multistoried Building with Time History Analysis Using ETABS V 9.5 Software \ud ( Case Study : Solo Centre Point Building ). Final task of Civil Engineering \ud Departement of Engineering Faculty of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. \ud \ud Indonesia has a relatively high seismic activity. The high potential for earthquake \ud make planning of the building structure should be taken into account \ud appropriately in accordance with the existing conditions. Therefore, it should be \ud planned buildings to withstand earthquakes, so it requires a proper planning in the \ud planning in Indonesia earthquake resistant buildings located in seismic design \ud procedures for buildings (SNI 03-1726-2002). It is intended that an earthquake hit \ud the bulding, the structure of the building still stands. The purpose of this study \ud was to evaluate the performance of the structure with time history analysis are \ud reviewed based on displacement, drift and base shear. \ud \ud Based on this background, research on the structure performance evaluation of \ud multistoried building with time history analysis method. The model of structure \ud will trilled using earthquake recordings given to predict the behavior of structural \ud damage to the building caused by the earthquake plan. The results of this analysis \ud in the form of displacement, drift and base shear. The results of the analysis are \ud used to control the performance of the serviceability limit performance and ultimit \ud limit performance and the performance level of the structure. \ud \ud Conclusions of the study indicate according to SNI 03-1726-2002, for Kobe and \ud Sanriku earthquake did not meet serviceability limit performance. For Kobe \ud earthquake did not meet the ultimate limit performance. Tugas Akhir Jurusan Teknik \ud Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. \ud \ud Indonesia memiliki aktivitas kegempaan yang cukup tinggi. Tingginya potensi \ud gempa yang terjadi membuat perencanaan struktur gedung harus diperhitungkan \ud dengan tepat sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada. Oleh karena itu, sudah seharusnya \ud bangunan direncanakan mampu bertahan terhadap gempa, sehingga diperlukan \ud suatu perencanaan yang benar sesuai perencanaan gedung tahan gempa di \ud Indonesia yang terdapat dalam tata cara perencanaan gempa untuk bangunan \ud gedung (SNI 03-1726-2002). Hal ini bertujuan agar apabila terkena gempa \ud rencana, struktur gedung masih dapat berdiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah \ud mengevaluasi kinerja struktur dengan analisis riwayat waktu yang ditinjau \ud berdasarkan displacement, drift, dan base shear. \ud \ud Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, dilakukan penelitian tentang evaluasi kinerja \ud gedung bertingkat dengan metode analisis riwayat waktu. Model struktur digetar \ud dengan memakai rekaman gempa tertentu untuk memprediksi perilaku kerusakan \ud struktur gedung akibat gempa rencana. Hasil analisis ini berupa displacement, \ud drift, dan base shear. Hasil dari analisis tersebut digunakan untuk mengontrol \ud kinerja batas layan, kinerja batas ultimit dan level kinerja struktur. \ud \ud Kesimpulan dari penelitian menunjukkan menurut SNI 03-1726-2002, untuk \ud gempa Kobe dan Sanriku tidak memenuhi kinerja batas layan. Untuk gempa Kobe \ud tidak memenuhi batas ultimate.
