Comparisons of inbreeding coefficients (<i>F</i>) for the e4183 and e4192 SNPs in African fall armyworm collections.

By Rodney N. Nagoshi (3720304)

<p>The mean <i>F</i> ± SD is listed for each category. Comparisons between the means were done using single-tailed t-test with significant differences indicated by different lower-case letters. Comparisons between the means were done using single-tailed t-test and no significant differences were found. (A) Inbreeding coefficients calculated for pheromone trap collections Togo.
