American Disability Act settlement agreement section eight report

Began with 2017.The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Association of Oregon Centers for Independent Living, et al. (AOCIL) entered into a settlement agreement (Agreement) on November 2, 2016, to make state highways more accessible to the people with disabilities. Section 8 of that Agreement requires ODOT to report annually about its progress on specific tasks.This archived document is maintained by the State Library of Oregon as part of the Oregon Documents Depository Program.
