PROCJENA RIZIKA I PLAN MJERA ZA SMANJENJE RAZINE OPASNOSTI NA PRIMJERU PODUZEĆA AMEROPA ŽITNI TERMINAL D.O.O. : Diplomski rad

Abstract

Osnovna svrha ovog diplomskog rada je prikazati važnost provođenja aktivnosti zaštite na radu i procjene rizika. U radu su obrađeni teoretski aspekti upravljanja ljudskim resursima i zaštita na radu. Tako je obrađen pojam ljudskih resursa, osnovna područja upravljanja, pojam zaštite na radu te organiziranje i provedba zaštite na radu. Također obrađena je i procjena rizika što uključuje načela i postupke procjene rizika, primjenu rezultata procjene rizika te uobičajne pogreške pri izradi procjene rizika. Empirijsko istraživanje je provedeno u dva dijela. Prvi dio se temelji na anketnom upitniku koji je proveden među zaposlenicima tvrtke Ameropa. Drugi dio se odnosi na provođenje intervjua sa stručnjakinjom za zaštitu na radu. Anketnim upitnikom su ispitana mišljenja i stavovi o zaštiti na radu i procjeni rizika. Analizom rezultata došlo se do zaključka da zaštita na radu i procjena rizika imaju značajnu ulogu na zaštitu zaposlenika na radnom mjestu u tvrtki Ameropa u smislu osiguranja kvalitetnih uvjeta rada. Također se može zaključiti da aktivnosti planiranja mjera za smanjenje razine opasnosti nisu slabo zamijećene od strane zaposlenika tvrtke Ameropa. Na temelju empirijske analize donesen je zaključak da među zaposlenicima tvrtke Ameropa ne postoji dovoljna svijest o važnosti ulaganja u zaštitu na radu u cilju postizanja veće sigurnosti na radnom mjestu.The main purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate the importance of carrying out occupational safety and risk assessments. This paper deals with theoretical aspects of human resource management and occupational safety. Thus, the concept of human resources, basic management areas, the concept of occupational safety and the organization and implementation of occupational safety are covered. A risk assessment was also included, including risk assessment principles and procedures, application of risk assessment results, and common mistakes in risk assessment. Empirical research was conducted in two parts. The first is based on a questionnaire survey conducted among Ameropa employees. The second part refers to conducting an interview with an occupational safetly expert. The survey questionnaire examined opinions on occupational safety and risk assessment. By analyzing the results, it was concluded that occupational safety and risk assessment have a significant role to play in safeguarding employees at the workplace in Ameropa in terms of ensuring quality working conditions. It can also be concluded that the activities of planning measures to reduce the level of danger are not easily perceived by Ameropa's employees. Based on the empirical analysis, it was concluded that Ameropa employees did not have sufficient awareness of the importance of investing in occupational safety in order to achieve greater safety in the workplace
