Business Negotiation and Communication as a Competitive Advantage of a Business

Abstract

Prioritet svakog poslovnog čovjeka bi trebao biti ovladati komunikacijom sa svrhom uspješnosti poslovanja, pogotovo poslovima vezanim uz trgovinu i upravljanje, gdje komunikacija sa suradnicima i odnos s klijentima znače uspjeh ili neuspjeh. Uz poslovnu komunikaciju usko je povezan pojam poslovnog pregovaranja jer zbog učestalosti ovoga procesa, pregovaranje je sastavni dio posla koji daje vrijednost poduzeću, njegovim kupcima, te poslovnim partnerima. Poslovno komuniciranje u poduzećima najčešće više nije predvidiv i relativno rijetko prisutan događaj kojim nastojimo ostvariti neke posebne poslovne ili njima usko povezane organizacijske interese, pa tako znanjima o pregovaračkim tehnikama i poslovnom komuniciranju poduzeće može steći konkurentsku prednost ishođenjem boljih uvjeta od ostatka konkurencije. U poslovnom svijetu danas, dobro vođenje posla je temeljna komponenta uspješnog biznisa. Poslovno vođenje je kompleksan pojam koji uključuje primjenu neke vrste utjecaja i moći u organizaciji na splet različitih procesa, situacija i ljudi. Pregovaranje je kontrolirani komunikacijski proces s ciljem rješavanja sukoba interesa dviju ili više razumnih pregovaračkih strana (kada svaka strana može blokirati postizanje cilja druge strane). Ukoliko jedna strana ne može blokirati postizanje ciljeva druge strane, tada nije riječ o pregovaranju. Pregovaranje je poseban oblik socijalne interakcije, oblik suživota u različitosti. Prvi dio rada govori o komunikaciji i poslovnom komuciranju. Drugi dio rada govori poduzeću i poslovnom čovjeku. Treći i četvrti dio rada govori o pregovaranju i pregovaranju kao poslovnom procesu u poduzećima.The priority of every business man should be to master communication with the purpose of business success, especially trade and management affairs, where communication with associates and customer relationships mean success or failure. Business communication is closely related to the term business negotiation because negotiating is an integral part of the work that gives value to the company, its customers, and business partners due to the frequency of this process. Business communication in companies is often no more predictable and relatively seldom occurring event with which we strive to achieve some specific business or closely related organizational interests so knowledge of negotiation techniques and business communication can gain competitive advantage by obtaining better conditions from the rest of the competition. In the business world today, good job management is a fundamental component of a successful business. Business management is a complex term that involves the application of some kind of influence and power in the organization to the mix of different processes, situations and people. Negotiation is a controlled communication process with the aim of resolving conflicts of interest between two or more reasonable negotiating parties (when each party can block the achievement of the other party's goal). If one side can not block the achievement of the other party's goals, then it is not negotiation. Negotiation is a special form of social interaction, a form of coexistence in diversity. The first part of the paper deals with communication and business communication. The second part of the work tells the company and the business man. The third and fourth part of the paper deals with negotiation and negotiation as a business process in companies
