Web portal design –approach and principles

Abstract

Svrha ovog završnog rada je prikazati kako oblikovanje web sjedišta ima značajnu ulogu u izradi vizualnog identiteta poslovnih subjekata. Polazeći od uloge koju web sjedište ima za poslovanje poduzeća, rad daje prikaz principa na kojima se temelji suvremeni web dizajn. Praktični primjer izrađen je za web sjedište trgovine drogerijskih proizvoda. U radu su odrađene teoretske postavke ne kojima se bazira web dizajn nakon čega su na konkretnom primjeru web sjedišta realizirani ključni zahtjevi web dizajna. U izradi web sjedišta korišten je dizajnerski alat baziran na web pregledniku Figma. U suvremenom svijetu u kojem se nalazimo svaki bi poslovni subjekt trebao imati svoje web sjedište kako bi se što više približio svojim korisnicima, bio izdvojen od mase sličnih poslovnih subjekata te time posto konkurentniji na tržištu. U radu su prikazane mogućnosti oblikovanja i otvorena pitanja suvremenog web dizajna.The purpose of this Bachelor's thesis is to show the significant role of webdesign in the creating a the visual identity of business entities. Starting from the role a website has in regards to business operations, the paper presents the principles on which contemporary web design is based. A practical example is developed for a website of a drugstore. The paper exhibits theoretical settings webdesign is based on, after which, key requirements of webdesign are realized on a specific example of a website. In designing the web site, design tool were used based on the Figma web browser. In our modern world, each business entity should have its own website in order to get closer to its users, distinguish itself from the crowd of similar business entities and therefore achieve greater market competitiveness. This paper presents the possibilities of webdesign and the open questions of contemporary web design
