OPERATIONS OF FAMILY ENTERPRISES FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR IN CONDITIONS OF INTERNATIONAL CRISIS

Abstract

Gospodarska kriza je jedan od najvećih problema svakog gospodarstva, a posljednjih godina svijet je pogodila velika financijska kriza koja je uzrokovala pad gospodarstva u cijelom svijetu. Kako je time bio pogođen cijeli svijet tako se i Republika Hrvatska našla u recesiji. Prve grane gospodarstva koje pogodi kriza su grane u kojima se vrte velike investicije poput sektora građevine. Time nisu u problemu samo poduzeća koja se bave građevinom već i sva manja poduzeća koja su vezana uz građevinski sektor. Odličan primjer tome je malo obiteljsko poduzeće Plastomet koje se ne bavi građevinom ali je usko vezano uz taj sektor svojim proizvodnim asortimanom. Kao posljedica gospodarske krize propala su mnoga građevinska poduzeća ali i dobar dio poduzeća vezanih uz građevinu. Iako su bili veliki izgledi da i poduzeće Plastomet ode u stečaj ipak se pokazalo na tom slučaju da sa pametnim vođenjem politike poduzeća je moguće preživjeti i najgore gospodarske krize i recesije.The economic crisis is one of the biggest problems of every economy, and in the last few years the worldwas hit by a big financial crisis that has led to a fall in the economy around the world. As the whole world was affected, the Republic of Croatia was also in recession. The first economic branches that are hit by the crisis are branches in which there are large investments such as the construction sector. This is not the only concern of the construction companies, but also of all the smaller companies that are related to the construction sector. An excellent example is a small family company Plastomet that does not deal with construction but is closely related to that sector with its production assortment. As a result of the economic crisis, many construction companies but also a large part of the construction companies have failed. Although they were great chances that even Plastomet's company goes bankrupt, this case showed that it's possible to survive event the worst economic crisis and recession with the clever company policy management
