This paper looks specifically at such borrowing in the field of\ud Vocational Education and Training (VET). Using case study data drawn from a wider\ud evaluation of a European Programme, it demonstrates some of the barriers encountered\ud when attempting to transfer training principles, practices and delivery systems from one\ud country to another.
