Analysis of gear transmissions and ways to prevent their accidental failures in a continuous sheet hot rolling mill 1680 JSC "Zaporizhstal"

Рассмотрены причины разрушения зубчатых передач прокатного оборудования в зависимости от условий их эксплуатации, и по результатам статистического анализа установлен закон эмпирического распределения рабочей нагрузки для стана горячей прокатки 1680 ПАО "Запорожсталь". Показан один из способов контроля остаточного ресурса работы зубчатых передач, по величине износа боковой поверхности зубьев. Предложен прибор для диагностики износа зубьев без разборки сопряжения. Показано, как осуществляя мониторинг износа зубьев, можно прогнозировать остаточный ресурс их работы.Experience in operating gears in the rolling equipment as well as monitoring of failures occurring at a metallurgical plant PAO "Zaporizhstal" shows that the cause of the destruction of the gears are different types of wear, which, depending on the particular equipment and technological features of its operation can lead to a variety of destruction: mechanical, molecular mechanical, corrosion and mechanical. The nature of the dominant type of destruction depends on many, often deterministic operating parameters and therefore to specify exactly what kind of destruction takes place in a particular gear pairing in most cases not possible. The causes of the destruction of gears rolling equipment, depending on their operating conditions, and the results of the statistical analysis of the law established empirical distribution of the workload for the hot rolling mill 1680 Public company "Zaporizhstal". It sh ows one way to control the residual service life of the gears, the magnitude of the lateral surface of the wear of teeth. A device for the diagnosis of tooth wear without disassembling the coupling. It is shown as monitoring the wear of the teeth, it is possible to predict the residual life of their work. An analysis of the working conditions of gears in the rolling equipment allows you to set the general trends of operation: high loads with a significant dynamic component; wide operating temperature range; a significant level of low- and high-frequency vibration components associated with gear pair; unsatisfactory service conditions caused by high weight and overall performance gear
