Research on the properties of Au-Pd alloy after coated with nano diamond-like carbon

Abstract

目的 旨在通过类金刚石镀膜的方法改善金钯合金的耐磨性、硬度.方法 制作6个金钯合金试件,在常温下通过射频辉光放电的方法分别镀覆300纳米、500纳米类金刚石镀膜,对镀膜后金钯合金表面的摩擦系数、电化学腐蚀电位及维氏硬度进行测试,并同标准试件进行比较.结果 300纳米镀膜金钯合金耐磨性高于500纳米镀膜;随着镀膜厚度的增加,耐腐蚀性有增加的趋势;对维氏硬度的均值进行t检验,镀膜300纳米金钯合金维氏硬度高于500纳米试件及标准件(P<0.001).结论 对金钯合金表面进行类金刚石镀膜处理是改善其表面理化特性的一种尝试.Objective To improve properties of Au-Pd alloy through coating nano diamond-like carbon (DLC) film.Methods Six pieces of standard rounded samples with diameter of 6mm and thickness of 1.5mm were made to be tested. DLC coatings were synthesized with gas mixture of containing CH precursor at room temperature by glow discharge. Friction and wear performances, electrochemical corrosion behaviors and vickers hardness were tested with thickness of 300nanometer and 500 nanometer DLC film respectively.Results The wear rate and friction coefficient of 300 nanometer was higher than that of 500 nanometer DLC film. Capability of anti-electrochemical corrosion had a increased trend while the film became thicker. Vickers hardness of 300 nanometer was larger than that of 500 nanometer (P<0.001).Conclusion Coating with nanometer DLC film is an efficient trial to improve the property of Au-Pd alloy.中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)02114-1162
