The aim of the VALID project is to design and set up a data archive in which old, current and future data can be brought together, and to set new standards for future data collection. This will broaden and redefine the research agenda in language and speech pathology and the emphasis on a multitude of data will trigger multidisciplinary studies. The research groups involved have agreed to continue their efforts to create the VALID data archive and are supported by their research institutes. All data sets will be available for other researchers and additional research.; ; ; ;E. Kolen (2009): De tweetalige ontwikkeling van dove kinderen in de Nederlandse Gebarentaal en het Nederlands.
