Percepción, movimiento y lenguaje: Claves de lo humano. Una aproximación a la antropobiología y la pragmática filosófica de Arnold Gehlen

Abstract

Based on Arnold Gehlen’s work, the XXth Century philosopher founder of Anthropobiology, a field that integrates Biology – especially Ethology and Anatomy–, Cultural Anthropology, Pragmatics and Philosophy, I trace back this important theoretical trend with the aim of answering the following questions: How does Gehlen’s work define the concepts of body and language? How these concepts clarify a non-metaphysical approach of the definition of human being? How does the author explain the nexus between outside and inside, inner and outer, body and soul, summarizing, between the inner life and the world?A partir de la obra de un filósofo del siglo XX: Arnold Gehlen fundador de la Antropobiología, una disciplina que integra la Biología –especialmente los estudios en etología y anatomía‒, la Antropología Cultural, la Pragmática y la Filosofía, llevamos a cabo un rastreo de esa importante vertiente teórica, con el fin de responder las siguientes preguntas: ¿Cómo se definen desde la obra de Gehlen los conceptos cuerpo y lenguaje? ¿De qué manera esclarecen una aproximación –no metafísica‒ a la definición del hombre? ¿Cómo explica el autor la imbricación afuera-adentro, interioridad-exterioridad, cuerpo-alma; en suma, de la vida interior y del mundo
