Abstract

<p>Each dot represents a different <i>spa</i> type with the diameter of a dot being proportional to the quantity of the isolates included. Different colours within the dots indicate different MLVA types. The <i>spa</i> types that are associated with the same MLVA type are identically coloured.</p
