Abstract

<p>Total RNA was extracted from grafted veins and reverse transcribed into cDNA. The relative levels of <i>TGF-β1</i>, <i>MMP-1</i>, and <i>TIMP-1</i> transcripts in grafted veins on days 3, 7, 14, and 28 were determined by PCR. (A) Representative RT-PCR products. (B) Quantitative analysis of RT-PCR products (<i>n</i>  = 6). *<i>P</i><0.05 vs. Control.</p
