Abstract

<p>A. Interaction of exogenously expressed Girdin and Par-3 in HEK293T cells. Total cell lysates (TCL) from HEK293T cells that expressed Girdin-V5 and either myc-GST or myc-Par-3 were immunoprecipitated (IP) with anti-myc antibody, followed by Western blot analyses using the indicated antibodies. myc-Par-3 and Girdin-V5 are indicated by asterisks and stars, respectively. Open arrowhead indicates IgG heavy chain. B, C. Interaction between endogenous Girdin and Par-3. Lysates from HEK293T cells were immunoprecipitated with two anti-Girdin antibodies (B, available from IBL; C, available from R&D Systems) and normal rabbit IgG antibodies, followed by Western blot analysis using the indicated antibodies. Two spliced isoforms of Par-3 are indicated by arrowheads.</p
