Abstract

<p><b>(A)</b> Phenotypes of <i>Cyp301a1</i> RNAi driven by the <i>tubulin-</i>GAL4 driver were characterised as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0036544#pone-0036544-g003" target="_blank">Figure 3</a>. Both males and females are shown. (B) Quantification of the proportion of flies emerging from the <i>Cyp301a1</i> RNAi lines, according to the categories outlined in A. (C) Quantitative RT-PCR of <i>Cyp301a1</i> in three independent <i>Cyp301a1</i> RNAi lines (2b, 6a and 9a). Values are relative to <i>RPL11</i> and normalised to <i>Cyp301a1</i> expression in each of the controls (<i>Cyp301a1</i> control). **p&lt;0.01.</p
