Guinea pig anti-FMDV serum antibody responses.

Abstract

<p>Guinea pigs (n = 5) were immunized with three doses of chitosan PLGA-loaded pA, pB, pC or pc-DNA3.1 at biweekly intervals. Serum samples were collected on days 0, 10, 24 and 38 after primary immunization and the IgG response assessed by ELISA. Data are measured in duplicate and presented as the mean ± SEM. Means were compared by non-parametric ANOVA.
