Effect of p38 inhibition on epidermal stem cell gene expression.

Abstract

<p>Real-time RT-PCR detection of (A) <i>LRIG1</i>, (B) <i>TP63</i>, (C) <i>DLL1</i>, and (D) <i>ITGB1</i> mRNA levels for cells on micro-patterned substrates. Cells were seeded onto 20 µm islands and allowed to adhere for 1 h before rinsing and treating with carrier or 2 µM SB202190. Expression levels were normalized to the 1 h time point and represent the means ± SEM of 3 experiments.</p
