Consideration will also be given to interview protocol. There will be the opportunity to explore a variety of questioning techniques which an interviewer may utilise.A practical framework for interviews is offered from the perspectives of both the interviewer and interviewee, along with guidance on handling questions. The activity also gives consideration to why interviews can go wrong.
