Abstract

<p>(A) Hydrolysis reactions were performed using trastuzumab and Endo-S mutants at a 50:1 weight ratio. (B) Transglycosylation reactions were carried out using deglycosylated trastuzumab as the acceptor and 5 molar eq of donor oxazoline.</p
