Abstract

<p>Quantification of CpG sites with largest differences in methylation following <i>L. donovani</i> infection. Number of Δ Beta values for the high confidence list with changes >5%, >10%, and >20% subdivided into decreased and increased methylation of live infected versus heat killed treated, and live infected versus uninfected macrophages.</p><p>Quantification of CpG sites with largest difference in methylation following <i>L. donovani</i> infection.</p
