The binding affinity between human insulin and the SjLDs using the Octet red system.

Abstract

<p>Binding response between human insulin and recombinant SjLD1 <b>(A)</b> and SjLD2 <b>(B)</b> at different concentrations (μg/ml). The real time binding response (nm) was measured in seconds. The parameters of the binding response (nm), K_D value (M) and R^2 of the binding between insulin and the SjLDs at different concentrations <b>(C)</b>. R^2 is the coefficient of determination, which is an estimate of the goodness of the curve fit. Values close to 1.0 indicate a good curve fit.</p
