Abstract

<p>(A) Schematic representation of PAM-eGFP fusion constructs. RHD: RCC homology domains; PHR: PAM-Highwire-Rpm1 domain. (B) PAM fusion proteins translocate from the cytoplasm to the nucleus upon Hey1 co-expression. HeLa cells were transfected with eGFP-PAM deletion mutants alone or together with mCherry-Hey1. 24 h after transfection cells were fixed and nuclei were stained with Hoechst33342. (C) Quantification of cytoplasmic and nuclear PAM localization. 80 cells were counted per preparation.</p
