Caveolin-1 and clathrin expression in breast cancer cell lines.
Abstract
<p>(A) Western blot analysis of cell lysates of breast cancer cell lines, ZR-75-1,MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, SKBR-3, and BT-474 with antibodies against caveolin-1 and clathrin. GAPDH was used as an internal control. Caveolin-1 expression level was highest in MDA-MB-231 cells, followed by MCF-7, SKBR-3, BT-474, and then ZR-75-1 cells. Detail caveolin-1 (B-C) and clathrin (D-E) expression in SKBR-3 and BT-474 cells were shown. Quantifications from at least three independent experiments were performed, value = mean ± SD, * <i>P</i> <0.05. CAV-1 indicates caveolin-1.</p- Image
