Abstract

<p>The imidazole concentration in the elution buffer was optimized at 3 levels: 75 (A), 125 (B), and 250 Mm (C). When it reached 250 mM, the eluate in 7-10 tubes contained abundant recombinant β<sub>2</sub>-AR protein.</p
