Abstract

由于目前制造执行系统(MES)平台的性能不能够达到实际应用的标准,通过分析MES平台的架构、关键技术以及影响平台性能的原因,通过多种方案的对比,最终采用并发处理机制,并确定了并发线程数,针对MES平台的关键技术进行了优化。通过测试证明,按照优化方案进行改进后的MES平台,性能已经达到装配生产线实际使用的要求,并能够投入到实际生产应用中
