钛合金激光焊接背面保护装置气流数值分析

Abstract

针对钛合金等活性较高的非铁金属焊接,大量的试验结果表明,焊缝背面的保护对于保证焊缝质量和成形效果十分关键。本试验以钛合金激光焊接的背面保护装置为研究对象,采用ANSYS FLOTRAN/CFD对在不同进气流量下和不同结构参数下的内流场进行数值模拟。根据可视化结果获得进气流量和出口气流形态的关系,从而确定焊接过程中最佳保护气流量,确定焊接长板时多个进气口位置的布置和分析出口直径、出气孔倾角、出口间隔等结构参数对气流形态的影响
