Expression analysis of stress responsive genes in <i>AdLEA</i> transgenic plants.


<p>Relative transcript levels of few abiotic stress responsive genes (<i>NtP5CS</i>, <i>NtAPX</i>, <i>NtERD10c</i>, <i>NtNCED</i>, <i>NtCAT</i>, and <i>NtSOD</i>) in <i>AdLEA</i> transgenic line #2 compared with WT were analyzed by qRT-PCR in (A) untreated and (B) drought stress conditions. All the experiments were performed in triplicates and data represented as mean ± SD (n = 3; biological replicates). RNA from single leaf from each plant constitute one biological sample. Statistical analysis was performed with two-way ANOVA (*P<0.05, **P<0.001). The primer sequences used in this study are given in Table B in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0150609#pone.0150609.s005" target="_blank">S1 File</a>.</p
