Abstract

The objective of this research is to characterize, from the pedagogical principles consigned in the M.I.C.I. (Investigative model, contextualized and interdisciplinary), pedagogical practice of teachers in TOSH (technology in occupational safety and hygiene) of the FITCO, for this purpose the research was mixed. We used the survey as a technique for our research. The instrument we used was the questionnaire, which was applied to 21 of 60 teachers. The research results were compared with some others documentary reviews results , which facilitated to make a comprehensive analysis of information. The above comes to the need to make a proposal of monitoring of teacher education, which is divided into two cycles: the first consists in a teacher training, and the second one is to make follow up to the learning processes.El objetivo de ésta investigación es caracterizar a partir de los principios pedagógicos consignados en el modelo pedagógico de la institución llamado, Modelo Investigativo, Contextualizado e Interdisciplinario (M.I.C.I), la práctica pedagógica del docente del programa de Tecnología en seguridad e Higiene Ocupacional (TSHO) de la Institución Universitaria de la Ciudad de Cartagena; para éste fin la investigación fue mixta. Se utilizó una técnica llamada Encuesta, cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario, realizado a una muestra de 21 docentes de un total de 60 activos. Los resultados de la investigación se contrastaron con los hallazgos arrojados en la revisión documental lo cual brindo insumos para un análisis global de la información. A partir de lo anterior surge la necesidad de realizar una propuesta de seguimiento de formación docente que consta de dos etapas: Una inicial que habla de la capacitación docente y una continua que buscar dar seguimiento a los procesos formativos
